Viktoria Kolesnikova
Ukraine

Viktoria is a senior researcher at the National Museum of the Revolution of Dignity and head of the scientific library at the Institute of Archaeology. She didn’t take an active part in civil society until October 1990, when she actively helped the participants of the students’ “Revolution on Granite” by bringing tea and warm clothes for the protesters. She already had a sense of the importance of what was happening, so she came to Maidan Nezalezhnosti together with her husband and child to show her son the people who were defending his future.
