Nana is from Tbilisi. In the 1990s she worked as a teacher and is very much involved today as an activist of children’s rights. She is one of the earliest representatives in Georgia of grassroot organizations that deal with the protection of children. Nana founded a non-formal network for humanitarian aid not only in Tbilisi, but in several other cities in Georgia, and is founder of the NGO “Child and environment”.
